In 2019 Drew decided to follow his dream of starting his own, Christian centered design company. They got married in 2020 and in 2021 Alyssa joined the team to help grow the business. When they decided to start a family, they wanted to run a successful design business while also having the flexibility to be a part of their childrens’ everyday lives and put their family first.

Drew has a well rounded approach to design. He has been in the construction and design industry for 27 years. He started out in construction in framing and then moved on as a roofing superintendent, designing and fabricating custom woodworking, building custom, multi-million dollar timber frame cabins and being the top foreman of a boutique landscape design and installation company. While working in landscape construction he had the opportunity to hand-draft custom homes which ignited his passion for design. In 2000 he started designing and modeling custom luxury homes and worked for several prominent architecture firms in western North Carolina. He has worked as a senior project manager for the past 10 years in one of Arizona’s top end luxury design firms and was project manager of the top three highest selling estates in Arizona, including the house that just took the top record for selling at a whopping $29.5 Million.

Alyssa has a background in landscape construction and design. Out of high school, she worked for her dad’s landscape company as a way to make money while going to college. As she got her hands dirty, she realized that she had a knack for design and a passion for making people’s design dreams come to life. When she met Drew they connected instantly over their shared passion for design. She also brings to the company her two-year degree in architectural drafting as well as multiple years of  business and leadership coaching.

Theodore (Theo) is a bubbling baby boy! He lends laughs and fun to his mom and dad on a daily basis and even goes on a site visit every now and then.
